Methodology

For each software development project, TIP will allocate at least one professional Project Manager for the duration of the project. A dedicated project team comprising of qualified IT professionals will also be allocated to the project.

A typical project team will have the following roles within it:

Regular meetings with stakeholders and the project team from your organization ensure that the project status is always traceable and problems can be foreseen so that appropriate actions can be taken in advance.
